Returns & Damages Policy

All Sales Are Final

Prints and custom orders are non-refundable.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, I will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Marked as Delivered but Missing

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with USPS or your local post office. Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds in these cases.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will work with you to make it right.
